In what way can I ensure that the transaction was fufilled?

Both the user and organization are notified via email of the transaction's status. As the status changes for example from pending to delivered, both parties are notified. When the transaction is complete, a "receipt" email is sent out to both parties.

I would like to donate to my favorite organization but they are not affiliated to your website. How can I invite them?

Click here: contact us to let us know the administrator of that organization so we can send them an invitation.

How can I create reoccuring donations?

We are currently building this feature out. Please be patient with us and know that we are working to get this feature out as soon as possible.

As a basic user, what does it cost to send my donations through GivFast?

Is it secure to donate using GivFast?

Absolutely. We use Stripe to handle all of our transactions.

What brands of credit and debit cards do you accept.

Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. We also support ACH transfers from U.S. authorized bank accounts only.

How can I create an account?

Head over to our sign up page where you can fill out the registration form to create an account.

What do you mean by "Payout" on the pricing page.

A "Payout" is when money is transfered from your GivFast account to your organization's business bank account. This happens automatically every 2 days.
